David Greenberg
Chief Administrative Officer
David Greenberg is the Chief Administrative Officer of North. In this role, he oversees our Collections, Compliance, Credit, Legal, Risk, and Underwriting Departments. His focus is to help guide the company’s business units successfully through the complex maze of laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines that apply to the payments industry, and to do so in a manner that enables the company to maintain its position as a cutting-edge, market leader. In this capacity David oversees North subsidiaries PayTrace, CWA Merchant Services, and North Hospitality.
Prior to joining North, Greenberg served as managing partner of Berkowitz, Trager & Trager, LLC, a New York-area law firm, where he concentrated his work in the payments industry. During his time in private practice, he expertly counseled payment processors, CRM providers, merchant advance companies, ISOs, Partners, ISVs, VARs, integrated solution providers, ecommerce and gateway providers, and ATM companies on all matters pertaining to the payments industry.
Greenberg attended George Washington University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with distinction in Economics, and a Juris Doctor with Honors.
