    Problem

    With free-parking, climate-controlled, chain-store shopping, suburban malls were increasingly encroaching on downtown shopping.

    Solution

    Spontaneous, live-like spots literally put the viewer in the camera’s shoes, illustrating the difference between an imaginative, one-of-a-kind experience and a homoginized, mass-market one. At the same time, web enhancements helped visitors park, plan, explore, save and hurdle any perceived obstacles.

    Results

    Along with a 30% sales increase over the last 5 years, favorability numbers have steadily grown from 41% to 68%.
